You might call it the best of both worlds: the naturally remarkable views of Barbados, and a modern, cutting-edge home.

The property is called 8,000-square-foot villa in the St James area that recently saw a price cut from $4.995 million to $3.995 million.

The property, which was designed by Shawna Beechley of Architects Cubed, includes five bedrooms, a gym, an entertainment room and a kitchen designed by Scavoini, among others.

The property, which includes a massive infinity pool and a spa, is listed with Altman Real Estate.

It’s described as a mix of “Tropical and Zen flair.”

But you can just call it “Sundeck.” And maybe, soon, call it home.
