Rosewood is adding another hotel in the region.

The Rosewood Puebla hotel is slated to debut in 2016 as the company’s fourth property in Mexico, according to a release.

Rosewood has been tapped by Plus Arrendamientos Immobiliarios to manage Rosewood Puebla, which will be located in at the city’s UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The property will consist of a mix of buildings from a number of eras surrounding a courtyard; it will include 79 guestrooms and suites, along with a restaurant, bar, Sense spa and a rooftop bar and swimming pool, among other amenities.

The property is being designed by DAS Concepts.

Rosewood Puebla will be a wonderful complement to our existing Mexican properties,” says Sonia Cheng, chief executive officer, Rosewood Hotel Group. “Puebla is a living canvas and offers rich cultural, culinary and historic traditions in which guests will be able to immerse themselves.”
