Hyatt Planning to Open First Jamaican All-Inclusive Resorts on Nov. 23

Hyatt’s first-ever all-inclusive resorts in Jamaica are set to open Nov. 23, according to the company.

The Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall, an adults-only property, and the Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall, are set at the former site of the Ritz-Carlton Rose Hall.

That property has been undergoing an $80 million expansion, renovation and repositioning in advance of the Nov. 23 opening date.

The properties are located on 1,200 feet of private coastline on the northern coast of Jamaica.

Hyatt is on its first all-inclusive push, having recently opened its first-ever Caribbean all-inclusive property, the Hyatt Ziva Cancun, over the summer.

Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall will have 387 suites, including 28 new swim-up sites, while Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall will 234 suites.
