We can’t guarantee that – to borrow a phrase from Madonna – you’ll feel “like a virgin” after this cocktail. But you will feel in a Virgin Islands state of mind after a few swigs of this Reef Rum Punch, one of the signature frozen drinks at Frenchman’s Reef & Morning Star Marriott Beach Resort’s Sunset Grill. Featuring the USVI’s own Cruzan rum and tropical fruit juices, it’s Virgin Islands happiness in a highball. Bottoms up!

Ingredients

1 ¼ oz.  Cruzan Raspberry Rum

1 ¼ oz.  Captain Morgan Silver Rum

½ oz. Pomegranate Liqueur

½ oz. Passion Fruit Juice

½ oz.  Mango Juice

½ oz. Soda Water

Method:

Combine all ingredients except soda water.  Shake and strain over ice into a highball glass. Top with soda water. Garnish with orange and lime wheel.

Cheers!
