Cuba’s Diaz-Canel Concludes Asia Tour

Miguel Diaz-Canel, the First Vice President of Cuba’s Councils of State and Ministers, concluded his visit to tour of Asia on Sunday in Laos.

Diaz-Canel visited China and Vietnam as well on the trip, finishing his tour by holding talks with Bounnhang Vorachit, the Vice President of Laos.

The Cuban official also met with Laos President Choummaly Sayasone, Vice President Bounnhang Vorachit and Prime Minister Thongsin Thammavong.

The Cuban delegation included Deputy Foreign Minister Rogelio Serra, Ambassador to Laos Waldo Reyes and General Leonardo Andollo.
