Rum Journal: An Endless Punch From St Croix’s Cruzan Rum

CRUZAN RUM’S message is simple: Don’t Hurry. It’s a philosophy we rather like here at Rum Journal.

And Cruzan’s message fits nicely with the laid-back island of St Croix where it’s been distilled since the late 18th century and managed by the Nelthropp family for generations.

Cruzan produces a range of rums, from flavoured varities to the very good Single Barrel, and while the latter is perfect for sipping, many of the company’s rums work exceptionally well in rum cocktails.

And so we offer you the recipe for Cruzan’s Endless Summer Punch, courtesy of Cruzan (emphasis on the endless).

Recipe:

1 part Cruzan Pineapple Rum
1 part Cruzan 9 Spiced Rum
1 part Cruzan Coconut Rum
2 parts Orange Juice
2 parts Lemonade
Ice

Shake, and enjoy the summer.
