It’s a significant new addition to the tony Cap Cana enclave of Punta Cana, set in and around the celebrated Jack Nicklaus-designed Punta Espada Golf Club.

The property is set on a 16-acre site, with 800 linear feet of private beach access.

The St Regis brand is growing in the Caribbean right now, with the recently-opened St Regis at the Kanai development in the Mexican Caribbean and another St Regis resort targeting an opening in Aruba before the end of this year.
