The Winners of the 2024 CJ Caribbean Travelers’ Choice Awards

They’re the world’s top experts on Caribbean travel: Caribbean Journal readers. And once again, the largest community of Caribbean travelers on the planet has spoken, selecting the winners of the annual Caribbean Journal Travelers’ Choice Awards.

This year’s Awards saw more than 35,798 total votes, a resounding message of the continued strong travel demand for the Caribbean. So who exactly are all these travelers? According to our year-round research, Caribbean Journal readers are high-income, highly-educated travelers, predominantly from the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Readers tell us they visit the Caribbean 3.4 times per year on average. In other words — they’re the ultimate Caribbean travel audience.

This year’s Awards covered 31 different categories, ranging from the region’s top luxury hotel to CJ readers’ best Caribbean destination to the Caribbean’s top culinary hotspot.
