Why Janet Jackson Is Coming to The Bahamas

Music superstar Janet Jackson is the latest artist to join Atlantis Paradise Island’s increasingly popular “Music Making Waves” concert series. 

Jackson will perform on April 27, 2024 at the Bahamian resort’s Casuarina Beach, launching the 2024 edition fo the series. 

A portion of concert proceeds will be heading to the Atlantis Blue Project Foundation, which supports marine conservation in The Bahamas and beyond. 

The concert will include Jackson’s biggest hits, from “All For You” to “What Have You Done for Me Lately.”

“Atlantis Paradise Island consistently offers immersive experiences inviting guests, visitors, and locals to create lifelong memories. We look forward to welcoming back the legendary Janet Jackson and her fans to Casuarina Beach this spring to make even more memories at Atlantis, the world’s most remarkable destination resort,” said Audrey Oswell, President and Managing Director of Atlantis Paradise Island.

Last year’s series included a performance by Lizzo, among others. 

The announcement comes ahead of the resort’s highly-anticipated NYE celebration, which will be hosted by Neil Patrick Harris and will include Timbaland and DJ Webstar.
