Silver Airways Has a New Destination: Turks and Caicos
South Florida-based carrier Silver Airways has kicked off new nonstop service between Fort Lauderdale and the Turks and Caicos Islands, Caribbean Journal has learned.
The new service is launching from Fort Lauderdale to Providenciales is operating twice weekly, with flights on Fridays and Mondays, according to Silver.
Initial flights, which began this week, start at $129 one-way, the company said.
The service is the latest expansion in what has been a busy year for Silver Airways, which has also been rapidly adding new routes out of its hub at San Juan’s Luis Munoz Marin International Airport.
That includes new routes to destinations like Antigua and Puerto Plata, among others.
