Why Sting and Marcus Samuelsson Are Coming to The Bahamas

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - October 2, 2023

The new Bahamas Culinary and Arts Festival is back for its second edition this month at the Baha Mar resort in Nassau.

This year’s food and art event will run from Oct. 26-29, with a series of live events and special dinners.

The event kicks off with a special musical performance by Sting, along with daily expos on Saturday and Sunday and an array of intimate chef-driven experiences with culinary stars like Marcus Samuelsson, Geoffrey Zakarian and Dario Cecchini.

It puts the resort’s impressive culinary offering, which includes celebrity chefs from around the world, on display.

There’s also the FUZE Art Expo, which is a showcase for Caribbean-inspired art, including work from seven different countries in the Caribbean.
