Hilton is on a major all-inclusive expansion push in the Caribbean, centered on one particular destination: the Mexican Caribbean, with new properties from Playa del Carmen to Tulum.
Now, the company is adding another new all-inclusive, having signed a management agreement for a new resort in the heart of Cancun: the new Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe All-Inclusive Resort.
The new Cancun resort is set on 600 feet of beachfront between the Caribbean Sea and the Nichupte Lagoon, about 10 miles from Cancun International Airport. It’s scheduled to debut this November under the new brand.
The property, which was formerly known as the Royal Uno All-Inclusive Resort and Spa, is owned by Tortuga Resorts. It had been part of the Royal Resorts portfolio, parts of which were recently sold to Holiday Inn Club Vacations and to Tortuga.
It will be home to five different eateries, five bars, including a rooftop bar, and multiple pools along with a kids’ club and dedicated kids’ pool.
The hotel will have a new spa as well, with a fitness center and a resort-within-a-resort called Enclave.

The addition of Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe All-Inclusive Resort has helped solidify our positioning as an all-inclusive hospitality leader in the country where we’ve now more than doubled our all-inclusive presence since 2021,” said Juan Corvinos, senior vice president of development, architecture and construction for the Caribbean and Latin America, Hilton.
“This hotel’s signing marks an important milestone as we continuously look for new opportunities to provide value for our owners, meet the ever-evolving needs of our guests, and cater to increasing demand for elevated all-inclusive resorts,” he said.
The resort is the sixth all-inclusive for Hilton in Mexico, where Hilton has 90 hotels across the country.

The hotel will be part of the Hilton Honors loyalty program.
