Punta Cana Is Getting More Flights from Canada This Winter

The Dominican Republic’s most popular destination is set for a boost from Canada this winter, with Air Canada adding more flights to Punta Cana. 

The airline is ramping up flights from both Ottawa and Toronto to Punta Cana for the upcoming winter travel season,. 

From Toronto, Air Canada will be adding four more weekly flights to Punta Cana, meaning a total of 14 flights each week. 

From Ottawa, Air Canada is set to double its service to Punta Cana, with four weekly flights, up from two. 

The move is part of a bigger Dominican Republic expansion for Air Canada for the peak season, joining a soon-to-launch route between Montreal and La Romana.
