American Airlines is ramping up its service to Dominica this summer, Caribbean Journal has learned.
From now through May 31, American will be operating its popular Miami-Dominica nonstop service three times eac week, with service on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Beginning June 1, American Airline will be adding a fourth weekly flight, with service running through the summer until Aug. 14, 2023.
The latter will include service on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
It’s a boost for the summer season on a route that has opened up travel to Dominica to visitors in a completely new way, connecting the island to North America with its first-ever nonstop flight.
