The Caerula Mar Club in The Bahamas is reopening in October, Caribbean Journal has learned.
The resort, most famous as the setting for the HGTV program “Renovation Island,” will be reopening on South Andros on Oct. 24.
The show sees husband-and-wife team Bryan and Sarah Baeumler dramatically transform a resort that had been abandoned in the 1960s.
The luxury boutique resort has a mix of 18 oceanfront suites and six private villas on one of the great undiscovered islands of The Bahamas.
The resort has also announced a partnership with regional carrier Makers Air on a “Caerula in Style” program that includes round-trip airfare from Fort Lauderdale directly to South Andros and a villa stay at the resort.
