Francis Ford Coppola’s Blancaneaux Lodge in Belize is planning to reopen in November, Caribbean Journal has learned.

The celebrated eco-lodge will be reopening its doors on Nov. 1, the property confirmed.

“Blancaneaux Lodge has always been remote, secluded and sustainable by design as it was the Coppolas’ intention to enjoy these hideaways personally allowing for the utmost in privacy.

The announcement comes as Belize plans to reopen for tourism on Aug. 15, a relaunch that will include a required negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of arrival.
