Canadian all-inclusive brand Royalton is set to open a new resort in Grenada that will instantly become the largest property on the island.
The new Royalton Grenada is slated to open March 1, Grenada tourism officials confirmed at the recent CHTA Caribbean Travel Marketplace conference in Nassau.
The 269-room Royalton Grenada represents a dramatic transformation of the former Rex Grenadian property, which has been closed since May of last year.
It includes five dining concepts ranging from the Caffe Lounge coffee shop to the Frech-styule Ma Maison.
Royalton’s entry to the Grenada market began with a strategic alliance between Rex Resorts and Royalton first agreed to in 2018.
It’s another new property in the Caribbean for Royalton, which continues to open new resorts in the region at a rapid pace.
