Turks and Caicos’ Wymara Villas has launched the second phase of its luxury real estate project in Providenciales.

The new phase has kicked off with the listing of Wymara Villa 5109 with The Agency Turks and Caicos, a four-bedroom, 7,955-square-foot residence in the cliffs of Provo’s Turtle Tail area.

The Wymara Villas project is an extension of the 91-room Wymara resort in Provo, set within a 15-acre gated community with amenities like a 25-meter lap pool, a gym and a tennis court, among others.

“The launch of Wymara Villas Phase 2 is an exciting time for us,” said Bruce Maclaren, developer of the Wymara Villas Turks + Caicos.

Owners get access to all of the Wymara’s amenities as well.

“We are very excited to present Wymara Villa 5109 and the continued expansion of Wymara Villas Turks and Caicos,” said Brendan O’Neill of The Agency Turks and Caicos. “The views from the property are breathtaking and the access to the amenities of the Wymara mean that Wymara Villas stand alone in respect of the standard of service that owners receive.”

The second phase follows an initial phase consisting of seven waterfront four and five-bedroom villas on Turtle Tail Bay, about 2.5 miles from the main hotel property.
