Umami Burger Debuts on the Beach at the Baha Mar

Sbe has debuted another culinary concept at the SLS Baha Mar in Nassau.

The hospitality group has opened its Umami Burger brand in a beachfront airstream trailer at the resort.

It’s now the seventh sbe concept at the Baha Mar, joining Fi’lia, Katsuya, Cleo, Bungalow, Bond, Privilege, Monkey Bar and two more eateries set to debut by the end of the year.

 “I am thrilled to continue the international expansion of the Umami Burger brand with our latest location in the Bahamas at sbe’s Baha Mar property,” said Sam Nazarian, founder and CEO of sbe. “We are so grateful for Mr. Davis’ continued support and trust in sbe’s brands. The airstream is the first of its kind and we are excited to continue to bring innovative products and experiences for our guests.”

The airstream is exclusively for Baha Mar guests, featuring Umami Burger’s famous burgers ranging frmo the Impossible Burger to its Truffle Burger.

 “We are thrilled to expand our partnership with sbe by introducing new and unique culinary experiences for our guests,” said Graeme Davis, President of Baha Mar. “ith the addition of Umami Burger at Baha Mar, we are able to increase the dining offerings and continue to meet our mission of constantly working to enhance and elevate the guest’s experience.”
