Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville Beach Resort Opens in Costa Rica

Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville brand has added another new resort in the region.

The Margaritaville Beach Resort has made its official debut on Flamingo Beach in Costa Rica.

Amenities include a signature OnZen Spa and four eateries: the locally-inspired Banana Wind, the Italian-style Capriccios Pizza; the 5 O’Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill and the License to Chill Pool Bar.

Room categories range from standard king units to the capacious JB Suite (You can guess what it stands for).

The Guanacaste-area resort is the second Margaritaville Beach Resort in the Caribbean Basin, following last year’s debut of the Margaritaville Beach Resort in Grand Cayman.

Margaritaville also has residence clubs in St Thomas and Puerto Rico.

Another Margaritaville is also in the pipeline in the region, with the Margaritaville Resort Bahamas in the heart of downtown Nassau.
