Low-cost carrier Frontier Airlines is adding another new route to the Mexican Caribbean.
Beginning in December, Frontier will launch new twice-weekly flights between Las Vegas and Cancun.
The new route, which will begin operating Dec. 21, will fly on Mondays and Fridays, according to a statement from the carrier.
Frontier is also launching a route from Las Vegas to another Mexican resort destination, San Jose del Cabo.
That flight will operate weekly on Saturdays, with the service launching Dec. 15.
Both routes will operate on Airbus A320 aircraft, Frontier said.
The new launches come as Frontier just announced a major expansion to the Caribbean out of Raleigh-Durham, one that also included Cancun flights.
