Villa firm St Barth Properties has added a pair of new places to stay on the island of St Barth.

The company has added Villa Golden and Villa Neo, both new-construction properties that will join St Barth Properties’ “Grand Cru Collection,” a list of vetted villas that include extra amenities from daily pastry delivery to turn down service.

Villa Neo.

Villa Golden, set on the hillside of Marigot, has six bedrooms a short distance from Le Guanahani, with amenities from multi-leveled living spaces to an accessible pool terrace.

Villa Golden.

Villa Neo, which also has six bedrooms, includes one of the island’s largest pools, a 108-foot stunner, along with a fitness room, a hammam and even a disco-style “nightclub,” all in a location in the hills above St Jean beach.
