Caribbean Home: A $25 Million Estate in Turks and Caicos

The latest Caribbean Home heads to the Turks and Caicos Islands, the setting of a spectacular beachfront estate called Turtle Tail.

The property, listed with Sotheby’s International Realty for $25 million, has a total of seven bedrooms, 12 full bathrooms and 15,000 square feet, all set on a 4.57 acre lot.

The home, which has its own private peninsula, has all the amenities of a luxury resort, from a wrap-around infinity pool with LED lighting to a fire-pit daybed pavilion and even an outdoor pizza oven.

That’s along with amenities like a screening room, a wine cellar and a 90-foot private dock for yacht mooring.
