By the Caribbean Journal staff

The Caribbean Tourism Organization has announced new dates for its Climate Smart Sustainable Tourism Forum.

The forum, which was postponed due to Hurricane Irma, will go on in St Kitts from Dec. 12-13 at the Ocean Terrace Inn in St Kitts.

The first-ever conference is being held under the theme “Good For Us, Better for All,” bringing together local, regional and international tourism stakeholders and development agencies.

Sessions will range from a look at tourism resiliency through climate change adaptation to a roadmap to disaster management in the Caribbean.

Organizing partners include the CTO, the St Kitts Ministry of Tourism, the St. Kitts Sustainable Destination Council, and Sustainable Travel International.
