San Juan Penthouse Hits the Market for $3.2 Million

A luxury San Juan, Puerto Rico penthouse has hit the market for $3.2 million, Caribbean Journal has learned.

Margaret Pena Juvelier of Puerto Rico Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing on the property, which is located in the Candina Reef condominium in the capital.

The stunning unit, which was originally built in 1989, has four bedrooms, six full bathrooms, one partial bath and a total of 6,652 interior square feet.

The direct ocean-view unit has 10-foot ceilings marble flooring, and a massive wraparound balcony.
