Anguilla’s CéBlue Looking to Expand

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - April 28, 2017

One of Anguilla’s top luxury properties has big expansion plans.

The CéBlue Villas & Resort, a boutique collection of villa accommodations, is looking to expand into a full-fledged hotel.

Owner’s representative Joel Crocker is seeking investment for a major expansion that would include a 105-key condominium hotel, with a 25-condo residential component.

The project would also include a beachfront food and beverage complex on a site that offers some of the most stunning views in Anguilla.

The site is already zoned for tourism development.

The expansion proposal was announced during the “Deal Hall” series at the CHRIS Caribbean Hotel and Resort Investment Summit held in Miami this week, which brings together developers, owners, investors and tourism officials.
