St. Barth Home Lists for $57 Million

By: - March 26th, 2017

A major home in St. Barth has hit the market for around $57.4 million, Caribbean Journal has learned.

The stunning Grande Maison des Etoiles estate has been listed by St. Barth Properties Sotheby’s International Realty.

The home, located in the Colombier-area community of Les Etoiles, has a total of nine bedrooms and 10-and-a-half bathrooms.

The property boasts sweeping views of incoming yachts and of the nearby islands of both Saba and St. Eustatius.

The compound consists of a main five-bedroom villa, a two-bedroom caretaker cottage and three swimming pools, with each of the main bedrooms named after a different designer.

Many of the hand-carved walls around the property were actually made using volcanic rock excavated at the site.

It all adds up to what is one of the most striking real estate properties in St. Barth.
