InterCaribbean Launching New Turks and Caicos-Jamaica Flight

Turks and Caicos-based regional airline InterCaribbean Airways has announced the launch of a new nonstop flights between Providenciales and Montego Bay, Jamaica.

The new weekly service will begin operating on Dec. 18, with flights departing Turks and Caicos every Sunday and returning from Jamaica on Monday.

That will mean a total of 8 weekly flights between Jamaica and Turks and Caicos.

“Intra-regional travel has a critical role to play in Jamaica’s efforts to grow visitor arrivals,” said Jamaica Tourism Minister Ed Bartlett. “Cooperation between our sister islands will assist in establishing multi-destination marketing arrangements that give us access to new markets.  This is exciting news for us and we are happy to have InterCaribbean Airways on board.”
