The former Viceroy hotel in Anguilla will soon become a Four Seasons resort, a major change that will also impact the property’s luxury residences.

Yes, there are a host of real estate opportunities at the Four Seasons Anguilla, chief among them this $10 million beachfront villa.

Its got five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and a total of 6,185 interior square feet, 3,331 exterior square feet, outdoor showers, an outdoor kitchen and an infinity edge pool.

And the Four Seasons brand means you get all the amenities of staying at the hotel itself.

The price? $10 million.
