A new boutique hotel has broken ground in Puerto Rico.

The first stone has been laid on the Hotel El Molino boutique hotel in Sabana Grande (pictured above).

The hotel will consist with 12 cabins set on a farm adjacent to the Flores river.

The project will also have a swimming pool and a bar, among other features.

It’s being developed thanks to an investment of $750,000 from Puerto Rico’s Infrastructure Financing Authority and $250,000 in municipal funding.

The hotel will create more than 20 jobs, according to a government estimate.
