The property has debuted “concierge” category rooms in its Splash family-friendly wing.

Guests also receive a private check-in and an orientation for the property’s CocoLand Kitz Klub.

The concierge is on hand to assist guests with services like vacation planning, tour bookings and spa appointments.

“When we launched concierge category rooms in our adults-only Harmony wing last year, our Splash clients were clamoring to have the same amenities,” says Mark Adams, President and CEO of Coconut Bay. “The new services and features were so well received and the demand so high from our Splash guests we had to expedite the introduction of these incredibly all-inclusive amenities for their family vacations.”
