The St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort has launched a new meditation experience, Be Here, Be Now, in partnership with Michael Miller, Director of New York Meditation Center and London Meditate Centre.

The experience offers guests access to Miller’s meditation expertise and provides them with guidance in connecting with the property’s natural surroundings to achieve relaxation.

Set on a former coconut plantation between the El Yunque Rainforest and Espiritu River, the resort is Puerto Rico’s first and only certified Gold Audubon

“We are thrilled to partner with Michael Miller and enhance our guests’ experience with the introduction of Be Here, Be Now,” says Terry Bechtold, General Manager of The St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort. “Coupled with our beautiful location, refined accommodations, and world-class service and amenities, Be Here, Be Now fully recognizes the importance of wellness for the mind and body, which has become a top priority for most people today, even when on the road and vacationing, and for our offerings to guests.”

For Be Here, Be Now, Miller provided simple techniques that guests can practice to further relax and settle their minds during their stay.

“When I first came to The St Regis Bahia Beach Resort, it was clear this was an amazing place to experience relaxation and connection with the environment,” Miller said. “Yet so often when someone comes to a place likes this, their head is still back in the stress of their everyday life. I wanted to create a way for guests to quickly and easily relax so they could fully experience this remarkable location.”
