This St Thomas Villa Is Headed to Auction

One of the leading villas in St Thomas is heading to auction.

Villa Pearl, which is currently listed for $14.5 million, will sell at auction for at or above $7.75 million, according to Concierge Auctions, which is running the auction.

The Botany Bay-area estate, which was designed by Jaredian Design Group, has 270-degree views of the Atlantic and the Caribbean Sea.

It includes guest cottages, a caretaker’s cottage, a gazebo and a tower.

All in all, the home includes 15,000 square feet of interior living space and 4,000 square feet of outdoor entertainment area space, with nine bedrooms, nine bathrooms and two half bathrooms on more than four acres.

But the views alone are worth the price.

The auction is set for March 22.
