VIDEO: 12 Seconds on This Beach in the Bahamas

Bimini — it’s the closest island in the Bahamas to the United States, just about 50 miles off the coast of Miami and a short plane ride away (Cape Air just launched seaplane service from Fort Lauderdale).

And perhaps the best beach in North Bimini is Radio Beach, named for the radio towers that dot its edges — but it should really be called perfect white sand beach. Because that’s what it is.
