A New Restaurant in Nevis

By: - December 1st, 2015

The island of Nevis has a new eatery: The Gin Trap, which is now open just off the sea in Jones Bay.

The restaurant is helmed by Chef Mary Parks, who has studied in nine countries and whose training includes the Cordon Bleu Paris, along with stops in New Zealand and Australia.

While many menu items are decided daily based on availability of fresh ingredients, example fare includes fresh fish with beurre blanc sauce, risotto, herb crusted baked chicken and ceviche, among other dishes.

The Gin Trap is open for lunch and dinner, along with Sunday brunch.
