A New Way to Cruise Around Cuba

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - August 23, 2015

Another way for Americans to travel to Cuba

By the Cuba Journal staff

Central Holidays has announced the launch of a new eight-night people-to-people ‘Cruise Around Cuba’ aboard the Celestyal Crystal.

This announcement follows the tour operator’s recent addition of five on-the-ground Cuban programs, its first itineraries that will allow American travelers to explore the island nation.

“Given our clientele’s steadfast desire to explore Cuba in all capacities, we are thrilled to expand a step further in having our guests experience the nation’s rich culture and striking scenery by both land and sea,” said Arthur Berman, Vice President of Central Holidays’ Latin America and Cuba division.

Cruise Around Cuba will set sail in Old Havana and pay visit to Maria La Gorda; Cienfuegos; Montego Bay, Jamaica; and Santiago de Cuba.

The $2,999 per person rate includes international air from Miami to Havana, and travelers who book by September 30 will save $150 off ocean view staterooms on departures from December 2015- April 2016.
