Norwegian Cruise Line will begin offering à la carte specialty dining at its signature restaurants, providing guests the opportunity to enjoy a variety of tastes and gourmet dishes, as well as flexibility in choosing how many courses they wish to enjoy.

The service will begin this October on Norwegian Escape, the line’s newest and largest ship, where guests can experience any of the 11 complimentary dining options.

Guests will now have more freedom in creating their desired dining experience, whether indulging in a light meal or a multi-course dinner.

The ship’s offerings range from Cagney’s Steakhouse, to French favorites at Le Bistro, to Italian cuisine at La Cucina, among many more.

Guests will have the option of purchasing the Norwegian Specialty Dining Package, which will allow them to enjoy these restaurants free of charge, while an additional fee will remain for dining at Bayama by Jose Garces, Modern Churrascaria, and Teppanyaki.

Ocean Blue on Norwegian Breakaway and Norwegian Getaway will also begin offering à la carte options in October, and they will be available fleetwide beginning January 2016.
