Global Greek restaurant Estiatorio Milos is coming to Atlantis Paradise Island.

The restaurant, which has six locations around the world, is slated to debut in the Bahamas in the fall of this year.

“Milos is known for its simple yet inspiring presentation of seafood, and there is no better home than Atlantis for this very unique and fresh dining experience,” said Paul Burke, president and managing director of Atlantis. “Atlantis continues to stay innovative with its cuisine options in an ever-changing landscape in order to appeal to all guests’ culinary desires.”

Milos will join the hotel’s 21 restaurants and 19 bars and lounges.

“We are excited to bring yet another fine dining experience to Atlantis’ already extensive culinary offerings,” said Ian Reid, executive vice president of resort operations for Atlantis. “Milos’ menu and design embodies the spirit of our resort and will be a wonderful addition to the Atlantis vacation experience – offering the most superior seafood to both our guests and our island.”
