Aruba Airlines is set to begin scheduled service between Miami and Aruba, according to the Aruba Tourism Authority.

The service, which will launch July 2, will include five weekly flights on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays, using an Airbus A320 plane.

The flights are pegged to arrive in Miami at 1:30 PM and depart for Aruba at 3:00 PM.

“MIA welcomes Aruba Airlines to our lineup of more than 100 air carriers and is proud to extend yet another fantastic international travel option to our customers,” said Emilio Gonzalez, Miami-Dade Aviation Director.

Aruba Airlines joins American Airlines, InselAir Aruba and Surinam Airways in offering service between Miami and Aruba.
