The always-creative Cap Maison hotel in St Lucia has debuted its newest concept: a food truck.

The St Lucia standout’s beach bar, The Naked Fisherman, recently unveiled its new food truck, “a simple concept that promises something a little bit different and fun,” the hotel says.

The hotel will be sending out emails with clues as to the truck’s location on the island, with correct guesses getting a free sample at the truck stop.

“Wherever that might be, the truck will be equipped with a delicious menu of dishes that are Naked Fisherman favourites,” the hotel says. “We believe it will make a great social get together combined with yummy food.”

A recent truck menu included everything from Caribbean-style fish and chips to snow crab claws and jerk chicken.

The menu includes favourites from the property’s noted Chef Craig Jones (of Cliff at Cap fame).
