The Newest Sandals Resort Is Opening Soon in Barbados

Sandals has announced its planned opening date for the company’s newest Caribbean resort: Sandals Barbados.

The all-inclusive property will open on Jan. 28 following an extensive renovation project of the former Couples Barbados near the St Lawrence Gap.

The resort will include 280 rooms in three distinct “villages”: the Ocean Village, Crystal Lagoon Village and Caribbean Village.

The property will also include 11 “Discovery Dining” choices from a French brasserie to the Butch’s Chophouse steakhouse, along with the brand’s first-ever Indian restaurant, Bombay Club.

Rooms and suites will include indoor and outdoor soaking tubs, among other features.

The resort will also include Sandals’ Red Lane Spa, with six new treatment rooms.
