Alsol Hotels and Resorts has officially named Gerald Blay as the company’s food and beverage corporate manager.
In the role, Blay will oversee the company’s 15 restaurants and nine bars across the AlSol Luxury Village, AlSol del Mar and Sanctuary Cap Cana by Alsol properties.
The company’s portfolio will soon include the AlSol Tiara Cap Cana.
“We tapped Gerald for his extensive knowledge and experience,” said Carlos del Pino, managing director at AlSol. “While our hotels are already known for their exceptional culinary offerings, we’re excited to watch Gerald evolve and elevate the gastronomic endeavors at AlSol.”
Blay had most recently served as hotel director at the Westin Playa Bonita in Panama.
