LIAT to Operate Holiday Service Between Antigua, Santo Domingo

LIAT is launching holiday service between Antigua and Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic, the carrier announced Tuesday.

The flights will operate on Dec. 19, Dec. 21, Dec. 23, Dec. 28 and Jan. 2, the company said.

“We are aware that this time of year is of utmost importance to our customers and so we are happy to assist in bringing friends and families together for the holidays,” said LIAT Chief Executive Officer David Evans.

The carrier temporarily suspended flights between Antigua and Santo Domingo in October, citing aircraft restrictions.
