Rum Journal: A Jamaican Villa That Comes With Its Own Bartender

Sure, there are beautiful villas across the Caribbean, but how many come with their own private bartender?

At the five-bedroom Infinity villa at Jamaica’s Tryall Club, you get your own chef, bartender and butler, meaning infinite possibilities.

And Dwayne Williams, the signature bartender at the villa, has been kind enough to share the recipe for his “Infinite Passion” rum cocktail.

Infinite Passion Recipe:
¼ cup strawberry purée
4 oz. spiced rum
Splash of Ginger beer

Method:
Fill Highball glass with ice and strawberry puree, pour in rum, then top with ginger beer. Stir and serve. Garnish with a strawberry.
