The Rosewood Mayakoba resort in the Caribbean coast of Mexico has unveiled a new outdoor dining concept.

It’s called La Ceiba Garden & Kitchen, a 20,000-square-foot space that will include cooking demonstrations, tastings and even foraging for produce from 45 types of organic vegetation.

The garden includes an 18-person communal table.

It also includes a “Garden Mixologist,” an on-site expert who will direct La Ceiba’s seasonal cocktail programme.

The all-suite resort, which opened in 2008, is set on 1600 acres on the Riviera Maya.
