Sunwing to Launch Direct Flights From Ottawa to St Maarten

Sunwing Vacations will soon be launching weekly direct flights from Ottawa to St Maarten, the carrier announced.

The nonstop Monday service will officially launch Dec. 15, the company said.

The Toronto-based carrier operates flights across Mexico and the Caribbean, and has been on an expansion push in 2014.

Later this month, the carrier will begin Saturday service from Toronto to St Lucia, with service from Montreal to St Lucia beginning Nov. 9.

The carrier will additionally be introducing service from Montreal to Cuba during the tourist season.
