Music star Enrique Iglesias’ newest video has another major star: the city of Santo Domingo.

In his new release, “Bailando,” the Dominican Republic’s capital is on centre stage, featuring Iglesias and featured artists Descemer Bueno and Gente De Zona across the city, joined by scores of locals and dancers.

Dancers are featured across the city, from the famous Zona Colonial to the capital’s Malecon waterfront boulevard.

The video, which was officially released on YouTube earlier this month, has received almost 12 million views on YouTube. It is part of his new album, “Sex and Love.”

It’s not the first time Iglesias has thrown his weight behind the Dominican Republic; he is also an investor and major promoter of the Ron Atlantico, a rum made in the Dominican Republic.
