The Zemi Beach luxury condominium-hotel development in Anguilla is making progress toward its planned 2015 grand opening.

The project, which consists of a series of a group of hotel and private residences, has already completed construction on its second building, pronounced entryway and reception-style building, among others.

Zemi Beach, the brainchild of developer Jeffrey Goldstein, has also commenced construction on its third and fourth buildings, which are slated for completion by the third quarter of this year.

The property’s “building two” includes 16 hotel rooms, along with two resort residences.

The project, designed by the firm of Lane Pettigrew Associates, will include a total of 28 two- and three-bedroom residences. The property launched sales for those units last year.
