Whether you’re in Dublin or Dominica, St Patrick’s Day is always a lot of fun. And since it will be effectively celebrated this weekend, we thought we’d offer some help, with a list of 11 great cocktails perfect for a St Patrick’s Day celebration. Almost all of them are, naturally, green in colour, with one notable exception (you’ll see why). Cheers!

 

Evil Green Eyes — Don Q — Puerto Rico

1 oz Don Q Limon
1 oz Don Q Mojito
1/2 oz Melon Liqueur
1/2 oz Sour Mix
Club Soda

Add Don Q Limón, Don Q Mojito, melon liqueur, sour mix, and club soda to a shaker. Shake gently, strain, and serve in a highball glass.
