Port of Spain is the bustling metropolis of the English-speaking Caribbean, and it’s a city that truly never sleeps.

In the heart of the capital’s downtown, there’s one spot that’s always guaranteed to be hopping: the Hyatt Regency Trinidad’s Waterfront Restaurant.

This is where a who’s who of Trinidad assembles nearly every night for live music, some of the Caribbean’s best sushi and inspired cocktails.

Simply put, the outdoor patio at the Waterfront is a must-visit for any trip to Port of Spain.

Of course, if you’re only in town for business, it’s a perfect place to hold a meeting and enjoy the stunning views of the Gulf of Paria.
